Contacting Customer Service

In order to obtain technical support and service for your Prodomax Automation System, we are pleased to provide you with the following options through our Automation Service Group:

REGULAR SERVICE Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm:

  • By calling the Service Representative's direct line at (705) 726-5854, extension 258.
  • By sending an e-mail to service@prodomax.com.
EXTENDED SERVICE Monday to Friday 7pm - 10pm:
  • By calling the Service Representative's mobile line at (705) 627-1013.

Prior to submitting your request, we kindly recommend that you prepare the following information in advance:
  • Your Name
  • Your Company Name
  • Your Company Address
  • Customer Authorization Name (of your supervisor/manager)
  • Original Job Number (for Prodomax built machines)
  • Description of Machine Problems/Symptoms - This would include information such as:
    What is the problem?
    Where is the problem? (ie: specifically PLC, robot, cylinders, which OP or station?)
    When does it occur? When does it not occur? (frequency of occurence)
    Extent - What is the history, occurence, scope of problem?

24 Hour/7 Days a Week Customer Service is available at the customer's request during the 12 month warranty period. In order to insure that this level of service will be available to you, contact your Project Manager prior to 'start of production'. Should you require 24 Hour/7 Days a Week Customer Service beyond the warranty period, please call our Service Representative at any o fthe above numbers for more information on the cost and scope for these services.
