With over a half century of business experience and almost three decades of industry experience, our leadership team offers a wealth of expertise and perspective.   Our Executives have a “hands on” approach and bring a philosophy of continuous quality improvement.  All employees are responsible for taking an active role in the business to carry out our Mission & Vision.

Carolyn Garvey
Co-Chief Executive Officer

Carolyn leads Prodomax’s Finance, IS/IT, Human Resources, SR&ED and Material Management Teams in the role of Co-Chief Executive Officer. In addition, she leads continuous improvement processes / initiatives, operational efficiencies and project governance within the Operations Teams.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant with 25+ years business experience including insurance, banking, Ernst and Young, consulting and as a Director with a Bell Canada subsidiary, Expertech Network Installation, Carolyn’s expertise includes corporate turnarounds, financial management and analysis, treasury, corporate planning and designing strategic business models.

Carolyn is also a member of the Human Resources Committee, IS/IT Steering Team, and lead role in our SR&ED Team at Prodomax.

Volunteer activities include founding Board Member and Treasurer of the Simcoe County Children’s Aid Society Foundation, former group leader with Scouts Canada, former guest speaker for Canadian Blood Services Bone Marrow Donor Registry Program and current Board Member with Season’s Centre for Grieving Children.

Don Leslie
Co-Chief Executive Officer

Don leads Prodomax’s Account Management, Process Engineering and Project Management Teams in the role of Co-Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Don is responsible for the company’s sales plan, overall project execution, capacity planning, operational efficiencies and performance.

Don obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and brings 20+ years of manufacturing experience including 16 years of automation experience to the Prodomax team. Since joining Prodomax in 1997, Don has held key roles in Engineering, Project, Applications & Account Management.

Don is also a member of the Human Resources Committee, IS/IT Steering Team, and SR&ED Team at Prodomax.

Michael Fox
Operations Manager

Michael leads the Engineering and Production Operations Teams in the role of Operations Manager. Michael’s responsibilities include the development, implementation, and improvement of strategies, policies, practices and operational systems. In addition, Michael is responsible for capacity planning, continuous improvement, production and engineering quality and operational efficiencies.

Michael obtained a Mechanical Engineering Technologist diploma from Georgian College and brings 20+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience to Prodomax. Since joining Prodomax in 1999, Michael has held a number of key roles in Prodomax including Process Engineering, Applications and Project Management.

Michael is also a member of the Human Resources Committee, IS/IT Steering Team, Certified Joint Health & Safety Committee, and Lead Technical Role in our SR&ED Team at Prodomax.
