The Ford Transit Rear Rail line makes 9 variants of the Rear Rail. It includes 2 main lines that feed Rails every 86 seconds to a shared Material Handling Robot on an RTU for auto racking of the Rail in the customer shipping racks.
Each of the 2 main lines consists of 4 GEO stations and 7 respot stations. An RTU mounted material handler, and 3 additional handlers move the parts through each line. The final station on each side contains a Telesis Date Marking system.
