The single robot utilizes quick change ATI tools to switch between its gripper and a spot welding gun. The GEO stations utilize servo trunnions to orient the part for ergonomic part load, as well as for optimizing spot welding gun access.
Each of the 2 main lines consists of 4 GEO stations and 7 respot stations. An RTU mounted material handler, and 3 additional handlers move the parts through each line. The final station on each side (ST90) contains a Telesis Date Marking system.
